Report Findings:
- Document findings from the audit, including any non-compliance issues, process inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Clearly outline the evidence supporting each finding.
- Deliver a detailed audit report summarizing findings, conclusions, and prioritized recommendations based on the critical nature of each item.

Review and Feedback:
- Share the draft report with the audit team and relevant stakeholders for review.
- Incorporate feedback and finalize the report.

In the case of GMP Certification Audits, we recommend one of the following:
- Approved, a GMP Certificate is awarded
- Conditionally Approved
- Not Approved

Observation Remediations:
