Step 3: Reporting and Remediation

Reporting Audit Findings and Guiding Remediations

  • Report Findings:

    • Document findings from the audit, including any non-compliance issues, process inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
    • Clearly outline the evidence supporting each finding.
    • Deliver a detailed audit report summarizing findings, conclusions, and prioritized recommendations based on the critical nature of each item.
  • Review and Feedback:

    • Share the draft report with the audit team and relevant stakeholders for review.
    • Incorporate feedback and finalize the report.
  • In the case of GMP Certification Audits, we recommend one of the following:

    • Approved, a GMP Certificate is awarded
    • Conditionally Approved
    • Not Approved
  • Observation Remediations:

    • cGMP Consulting will identify issues during the audit, prioritize them so they can be addressed in a timely manner.
